There’s an interesting exchange of views in the Garret FitzGerald papers between FitzGerald and a BICO supporter on the two nations theory. FitzGerald admits he finds some of BICO’s views interesting, especially the demand to get rid of Articles 2 & 3, but says he can’t agree that there are two nations in Ireland.
